Additional Intermediate Drop-In River Run

Requirements: Rolling skills, CCE member in good standing, have intermediate paddling skills.

Rolling Day Camp

Date: July 13

Level: Beginner to intermediate

Time: 9am to 2pm

Cost: $55

What will you learn: concentrated technique and execution of the kayak roll.

Location: Cultus Lake, Main beach

Lake Drop-In Paddle

Dates: July 4, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30, and August 1, 4, 6, 8, 11 ,13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27, 29

Level: No Experience necessary. All ages welcome.

Time: 6pm to 7pm

The Teapot Challenge

Dates: July 4, 11, 18, 25, and August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Level: Advanced

Requirements: CCE member in good standing, your own equippement (if you are a CCE member but do not have your own equipment, arrangements can be made in advance for you to use club equipment)

Time: 7:30am

Cost: For CCE members (with your own equipment) - Free. For CCE members (needing to use CCE equipment) - $10 / event

Location: Cultus Lake, Main beach

Description: Start at Main Beach, paddle across Cultus lake to Teapot hill. Run up teapot, then run down. Paddle Back across Cultus. (takes anywhere from 65 mins, to 120 mins)

Dates: August 29, 30, 31

Level: for kids with no experience, to moderate experience in a kayak.

Time: 9am to 3pm daily

Cost: $175 (transportation during camp hours, lunch and snacks, and equipment provided)

Location: Cultus Lake and the Chilliwack river.
